In 2021 Cartier took a retrospective look back at the 'Vermeil' Tank watch from the 1980's and released a minimalist update of the design which was available in red, green and blue. 
 
Unlike the original 'Vermeil' version, these three watches were cased entirely in stainless steel but still sported a quartz-powered movement.
 
Refined for a new generation, only the Cartier logo and an hour and minute hand with a discreet 'Swiss Made' mark at the 6 o'clock position remain.
 
The lacquered dials give off a rich, deep appearance and each variant of the watch comes with a matching alligator strap and pin buckle. 
 
No longer available from Cartier the three variants are getting harder to find now since many are likely to have been squirreled away by avid watch collectors.
